We accept all major credit and debits cards, as well as PayPal.
Orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. For orders placed on a weekend or public holidays, your items will be sent on the next working day.
We want to try and get your order to you as fast as possible but there are often variables that are out of our control. Please email us with any questions or queries you have and we will do our best to provide a solution.
Delivery within Australia is FREE for orders over $75.00 or more.
Orders under $75.00 are charged at a flat rate of $6.95 across Australia.
If you require your order urgently, please get in touch and we’ll find the best postage method to meet your needs at an additional cost.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Australian metro areas and 3-10 business days for regional.
Shipping is calculated on the weight of your order at checkout and will vary. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for international shipping. We don’t offer free delivery for international orders.
Our return policy is 14 days from time of dispatch for Australian orders, 30 days for international. Once this time has lapsed, unfortunately a refund or exchange will not be granted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, Including the original packaging. If an item is damaged, missing parts or perceived to be worn, a refund will not be granted.
Only regular priced items may be credited as we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
We do not provide cash refunds on any returns other than as a result of a faulty item. All refunds are provided in store credit which will be deducted off your next purschase.
- To be eligible for a return please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase (30 days for international orders) with your order name, order number & date of purchase.
- Once your return is approved please return your product to: KCUB’D RETURNS, 8 Kinkuna Street, Wishart, Wishart QLD 4122, Australia
- Once your item/s are received and inspected an email will be sent providing a status update of your refund.
- If you are approved, then a refund for faulty goods or store credit will be issued.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or one of a similar value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for items that have not been received.
- Unfortunately, international exchanges (other than as a result of a faulty item) will be charged a re-shipping fee. And so if you return your goods for exchange, you agree to payment of these charges.
